Almaty, Kazakhstan — 1 November 2026 — Alain Khoueiry, Founder and Chairman of iHolding Group, has identified experienced industry partnerships as a central priority in the Group’s aviation and logistics ambitions, connecting its participation in SolitAir Kazakhstan with the planned development of Cargo City.

The strategy brings together investment interests in air freight and ground infrastructure, with the aim of supporting businesses that depend on efficient access to regional and international markets.

Through its shareholding in SolitAir Kazakhstan, iHolding is pursuing opportunities in the air-cargo sector. In parallel, Cargo City is envisioned as a logistics and commercial development in the Almaty region, accommodating activities such as warehousing, distribution and cargo-related services.

“Successful logistics businesses depend on cooperation between airlines, infrastructure developers, freight forwarders and customers,” said Alain Khoueiry. “Our ambition is to bring the right expertise and investment together around projects that respond to real market needs.”

According to iHolding, the proposed Cargo City development covers approximately 4,500 hectares. Its scope and implementation will depend on detailed planning, applicable approvals, infrastructure coordination and financing. A phased approach would allow development priorities to be assessed against demand and operational requirements.

The Group sees potential areas for engagement with logistics operators, commercial tenants, investors and service providers as planning progresses. Any future arrangements will be subject to evaluation and agreement between the relevant parties.

For Khoueiry, the broader objective is to establish businesses capable of delivering lasting economic value.
